As the Night Manager, you'll:

Support the Home Manager in providing exceptional care to residents.
Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Make critical clinical decisions based on your professional judgement.

Be cheerful, caring and compassionate by nature.
Have good reading, writing and communication skills.
Be flexible in terms of working shifts.
Be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin number.
