One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Gardener. This is a temporary contract for 1 month with possible further extension based on budget and performance.

Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary

The Senior Complaints Officer will be a key player in managing and responding to complex housing complaints, ensuring effective resolution, and maintaining high service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Maintaining and improving public open spaces.

* Assist with regular maintenance of all the Council’s area of public land responsibility.

* Assist with grass cutting and replanting of flower beds etc.

* Assist with equipment maintenance.

* Empty litter bins.

* Assist with cleaning of public buildings, sports pavilions etc.

* Be aware and take notice of all related Health and Safety requirements including Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and use of equipment.

* Be courteous and helpful to members of the public and users of the town council’s facilities.
