Job Description

Are you a logical and clear-thinking individual with a passion for compliance and sustainability? Our client, a leading organisation in Aldermaston, is seeking a Compliance and Sustainability Administrator to join their dynamic New Product Development Team.

In this role, you will take charge of ensuring compliance with various regulations, including health and safety, MHRA wholesale dealer's licence, WEEE, battery and fire safety. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's social and sustainable practises, aligning them with the requirements of our clients and customers.

The successful candidate may have a background in sustainability, although further training will be provided. Own mode of transport is essential due to location.

Responsibilities:

Oversee compliance requirements, such as MHRA Wholesale Dealers Licence, health and safety procedures, fire safety, GDPR, WEEE compliance, packaging waste regulations, and more.
Drive product performance through testing, improvements, risk assessments, and compliance with ethical standards.
Conduct factory audits and implement improvements from an environmental standpoint.Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor, check, and improve processes.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Drive and determination to achieve B-Corp status and pursue sustainability goals.Benefits:
