Responsibilities:

Business Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing paperwork, handling phone calls and emails, coordinating meetings, and assisting with documentation and reporting.

Customer Relations & Communications: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain positive relationships through effective communication, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Project Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating repair and renovation projects. This involves liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks, resource allocation, and adherence to project time lines.

Multi-tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. Adapt to changing priorities and work demands while ensuring attention to detail and quality in all tasks performed.

MS Office Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, proficiently to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports. Maintain organised files and databases to facilitate easy access to information.
