Job Title: Junior Pre-Sales Consultant (IT Storage/Hardware)

Location: Flexible – remote based / Work From Home (WFH)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits

Chapman Tate Associates seeks Junior Pre-Sales Consultant (IT Storage/Hardware) to join this established technology house that deliver a range of AI, ML and HPC solutions to a range of businesses within the higher education, scientific, research and development, and a host of enterprise based firms.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable storage solutions.

* Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

* Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concept activities to showcase the effectiveness of storage solutions.

* Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.

* Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

* Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions regarding market trends and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of IT storage technologies, including but not limited to IBM, Dell, Lenovo, HPC and HP storage solutions.

* Familiarity with storage networking protocols such as SAN, NAS, and Fibre Channel.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the field of IT sales and pre-sales engineering.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Storage+, Dell EMC Proven Professional, IBM Certified Specialist) are a plus.
