CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Deal with matters in residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
Take dictation as required
Deal with customer enquiries promptly and pass them to the relevant department when needed
Deal accurately with filing/storage and retrieval of client files
Maintain a diary management system
Set up files on new instructions

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience in the conveyancing sector
Adaptable dynamic approach and willing to learn
Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks as required
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills
IT Literate in both MS Office & in the use of a CRM system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
