Dandara Living is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join our Leodis Square development in Leeds.

Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays

What you will do:

Completion of statutory, planned and reactive maintenance
Be the first point of contact for residents reporting maintenance issues
All apartment maintenance from mid-term to end of tenancy
Assist with apartment inspections when required
Maintain our building communal areas and external areas, ensuring they are always presented to our brand standards.
Carry out inspections of reported defects as and when required and issue a full report with photographs to the maintenance team.
Report any repetitive defects on active and non-active apartments to the maintenance team.
What you will have:
Essential
Experience within a maintenance technician role
Experience within BtR / Construction / residential development sectors
Experience in the Hospitality, BtR, PRS or PBSA sectors
Strong understanding of H&S/ COSHH / Risk assessments
Previous demonstrable line management experience is essential
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong customer service and people skills
