Job Description This is a critical position within the production team working on dynamic challenges and varied projects where you will have a tangible effect on the efficiency of Rotorks production.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is to ensure the continuous improvements of engineering tasks and processes during a transformational period of developments and efficiency gains within the Bath factory.
In the Manufacturing Engineer role you will design, implement and document shop floor processes, considering best engineering practice throughout. You will partake in audits, technical support and problem investigations/ resolutions with a view to suggest new processes and equipment where applicable and appropriate.
This role would suit a proactive candidate who is motivated in problem solving and driving solutions forwards. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently and have an analytical mind with an eye for detail.
Experience Requirements:
Experience using CAD software
Awareness of techniques like Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Worked within an engineering production environment with electromechanical products

Is approachable and able to communicate effectively
Happy to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
Organised with a keen eye for detail
