Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operative/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision-cut timber components for our bespoke furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC machines to cut and mill timber according to design specifications.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products.
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in CNC operation or cutting/milling timber is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
