This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading building services provider within a team of experienced Maintenance Engineers, delivering building maintenance on a fantastic site in South East London.

Duties & Responsibilities
Air conditioning - Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Pressure leak test
AHU and FCU maintenance
Compressor changes
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant HVAC qualification (i.e. City and Guilds)
Experience working within a client-facing environment.
Proven trade experience
