We are currently recruiting for additional Care Coordinators to support our existing team in maintaining an excellent standard of Community Care Service to the Service Users.
Care Coordinators duties will include but not limited to:
Producing detailed work schedules and individual shift rotas for the RSD Care Workers
Compiling Care rotas so as they may be undertaken in the most efficient way by the RSD Care Workers whilst satisfying the need of the Service User
Liasing with multi-disciplined teams from Local Authority & Local Health Board
Managing changes to the shift rotas due to worker sickness
Undertaking personal Care in emergency situations
Providing both written and verbal instructions and guidance to the RSD Care Workers.
Managing the Emergency On Call phone for evenings & weekends (Rotared)
Skills
Must be prepared to work out of office hours and weekend
Full driving licence and use of a car (Business insurance will be required)
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills demonstrating the ability to man manage staff and maintain high morale & a positive working environment
Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2/3 in Care (Training will be supported by RSD)
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
Must be Computer literateGood literacy and numeracy skills
Must have Drivers License & Own Transport
