Installation Trainer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne plus travelling across UK
Salary: £23,792.2 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000pa)
Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Holidays: 29 days including bank holidays or depending upon service for internal applicants.

We have an exciting opportunity within the Installation Quality department, reporting to the Branch Manager. This role will provide support on a wide range of daily challenges, team coordination and administrative support in the day-to-day tasks. Supporting the Sales Force team in training them with the right knowledge and skills to perform at a high level. Making sure that they adhere to the correct/standard guidelines the Verisure way.
*Manual Drivers License Required*
Responsibilities' include:
Design and prepare training materials and educational aids.
Choose appropriate training per route to market, classroom product training, mentoring, developmental training, sales technique training.
Plan a monthly training schedule for Retail Store visits, Call Centres, and own installations.
Assist with installations (with/without trainees)
Assist the workforce with product queries and sales advice.
Deliver audits on current installers.
Deliver feedback to Verisure Management and recommend changes and improvements.
Monitor store performances and liaise with store managers to determine where additional training is required.
Support with Upgrade Install training.
Keep up to date files with details of all training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven working experience as an Installer and Salesperson
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Ability to produce professional developmental training material
MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, excel, etc)
Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills coupled with strong customer service skills
A clean manual driving licence
