Operational Excellence Professional - Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma
Outsource-UK is recruiting for an Operational Excellence Professional on behalf of BAE Systems at their site in Barrow-In-Furness on a 12-month contract basis.
Hourly rate: £50 PAYE or £65.98 Umbrella
Skills
Working understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
Preferably having prior experience in the Defence or Nuclear sectors, Aerospace and Engineering would represent the next most desirable options.
Knowledge of Project Management principles
Change Management
Excellent presentation skills
A strong team player across a range of circumstances
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and teams
Ability to motivate individuals and teams to embrace change and drive improvement
Ability to understand and break down complex issues and communicate to a variety of stakeholders
