Acting as Strategic Manager of multiple technologies, specifically injection moulding and assembly cells, including robots
Development and implementation of the necessary systems, procedures and protocols
Identifying and selecting the best value technologies, raising Capex justifications and delivering new product lines and improvements
Preparing annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
Reporting on line effectiveness, ensuring planned maintenance is in place and completed
ensuring tooling is serviced, developed or repaired as required to ensure minimal down time
People management and development ensuring key skills are covered adequately
