Paralegal in Manchester - CV-Library

BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a national law firm to assist them in their recruitment for a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their office in Manchester.
  
Background
This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience as a housing paralegal. The role is full time with hybrid working available.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support to the Housing team, including:

Dealing with your own caseload of part-exchange properties from receipt of instructions to completion and post-completion formalities
Dealing with re-sales of the part exchange properties for the House Builder
DEAKING WITH PLOT SALES
Updating the House Builder client on a regular basis
Dealing with acquisitions of residential properties for Registered Provider clients.   
  
Person specification

Experience of working as a paralegal in housing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
