Job Description

Our prestigious client based the outskirts of Wetherby are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team. You will be you will be part of a small friendly team using in-house and third-party software systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various tasks.

The key parts of the role are;

* Data verification

* Querying discrepancies with customers

* Ensuring invoices are processed to strict deadlines

* Responding to customer queries via email

* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

You will be able to demonstrate strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail and an ability to communicate in a clear and polite manner with customers and colleagues alike. Previous purchase ledger experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be given, You will be Reporting to the Operations Manager.
