Production Assistant in Saint Neots - CV-Library

My client is a well-known Manufacturer of high pressure gas control equipment, and they currently seek a Production Manufacturing Assistant to join their team.

Your role will involve numerous duties that allow the smooth running of manufacturing production, including cleaning of brazed manifolds and pipework assemblies prior to pressure testing.

General duties include:
• Preparing parts and materials for production.
• Cutting, deburring and bending of sub assembly pipework.
• Degreasing, cleaning and batch marking of parts for production.
• Heat treatment of sub assembly parts.
• Pressure testing of manifolds and pipework assemblies.
• Cleaning and packaging of finished assemblies.

You will receive full training in all aspects of the above duties.

To be considered for the role you must have previous production/manufacturing experience, need to be physically fit, have good health and safety awareness, a good work ethic, be able to produce a high quality standard of work with a good level of attention to detail and be well organized.
Safety boots required.
Counter balance forklift licence an advantage.

Working 37-hour week, 8.30am to 4.45pm Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 4.15pm Fri
