Recycling Operatives in Alton - CV-Library

Our client who are a waste and environmental company, are recruiting for multiple Recycling Operatives to join their team in Alton!

This is an ongoing position for reliable and enthusiastic candidates. Our client can offer temp to perm positions for the right candidates as well.

Due to the location of this role you MUST be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

Shift:

* Monday to Friday (Weekend work available)

* Rotating shifts – (Early Shift) 06:00am – 14:30pm and 14:30pm – 23:00pm (Late shift)

Pay Rate:

* £11.57 - £23.14 per hour

Responsibilities:

* Working on a busy picking line

* Baling and sorting recyclable materials from conveyors

* Picking materials such as, glass, metals, cardboard, paper, plastics and aluminium

* Manual handling

* Following health safety guidelines

Skills Required:

* Physically fit and able to stand up for long periods of time

* Happy to work in waste centre environment

* Reliable and enthusiastic team member

* Similar operational, manual handling experience is high desirable

* Good working attitude

* A UK driving licence and own transport is required due to location

* Specialist PPE will be provided
