Salary: £24,960 per annum

Location: Wincanton

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join a rapidly growing business relocating to Wincanton. As part of a small team within a family-run company, you will play a crucial role in their growth as a passionate, quality-driven, and environmentally friendly food manufacturer. You will receive training at their current location in Wiltshire, with travel costs covered.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to specified standards
Pack finished products
Maintain high food safety standards
Ensure a clean and safe environment at all times
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt. While not required, possessing a Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP training, or an FLT licence will be advantageous.
