Multi Skilled Operative in Clevedon - CV-Library

We are looking for a skilled operative to join a busy aerospace company based near Clevedon. This role will be working for their composites division which provides solutions across Aerospace, Medical markets, amongst others.

The role will be to prepare and assemble a variety of composite structures such as seating, information stands and scanners as well as many other products. You will be working on products from start to finish so ability to work under pressure to deadlines is essential.

You will be working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 08:00 - 13:00 on Fridays! Starting rate will be up to £15ph depending on experience.

Duties include:

Cutting and laying up materials
Cleaning and preparing moulds
Operating ovens and other curing machinery
Assembling using hand tools and adhesives

To be considered for the role you will need to have the following:

Experience working within either, woodwork, engineering, boat building, laminating
Ideally some experience working within laminating or composites
Preferably some experience within an aerospace or automotive industry
Good dexterity and attention to detail
