Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry.

My client a well established maintenance contractor currently require a bathroom fitter to work in occupied properties carrying out bathroom fitting.

You will be required to Install baths, basins, wc cisterns, wc pans and carry out associated works such as patch plastering, tiling, carpentry and painting within occupied social housing properties in the Birmingham area.

I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be timeserved or have a relevant qualification in plumbing.

This role will involve dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.

This is an ongoing contract role however there is an option to go permaneny where you will receive a company van, fuel card, parking and options for bonus and options for call out.
