Weekend Chef Position Available at Probation Centre

Position: Weekend Chef
Location: Probation Centre
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals for staff and residents at the probation centre

* Work independently in the kitchen

* Ensure food quality and safety standards are met

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Experience as a chef de partie (CDP) or upwards

* Basic DBS certificate required

* Availability to work weekends
