Senior Lettings Negotiator in Southport - CV-Library

We are currently looking for an extremely motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their multi-award-winning team in Southport, Merseyside.

Working hours:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to full-time

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic of up to £25,000

An OTE of up to £40,000

Great team incentives

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

Worked within the role previously.

Basic IT skills

Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own

Strong customer service skills

A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle

Confidence

Great negotiation skills

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.

Building excellent rapport with Tenants and landlords alike

Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.

Booking viewings and carrying out viewings

Being proactive to achieve new business opportunities.

Dealing with tenants move-ins

Dealing with offers

Answering incoming calls and queries
