Lettings Negotiator | Liverpool | Full Time | £21,000-£25,000

This role will be ideal for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who has a strong desire to succeed and progress within their career.

Are you the right person for the job?

Either has lettings ARLA level 2 or equivalent or is willing to study for it
Experience in Lettings is essential
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus, adopting a polite, friendly and approachable manner
Desire to meet and exceed targets with confidence and charisma
Good administrational skills
Impressive negotiating and selling skills to achieve targets
Honesty with lots of integrity
Driving licence is essential, along with a sound knowledge of the Liverpool area
What will your role look like?

Negotiating the lettings of properties
Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the rental values
Call out to prospective tenants and handle enquiries about properties
Valuing properties
Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally
Making sure administrative records are kept up to date at all times, even in instances where no actual sales is made
Trying to build the client base in the area
Reaching and trying to exceed targets set by the company
Promoting properties via different mediums
Maintaining good relationships with clients following lettings, ensuring regular contact to make sure everything is going smoothly
Responding to queries via email and telephone
