Grounds Maintenance in Swindon - CV-Library

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Operate power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Utilize hand tools for various groundskeeping activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment commonly used in grounds maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
