Job Description

Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for a Solutions Team Specialist to join our team on a Hybrid basis of home/office working on a part-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,230 to £31,813 per annum pro rata.

About the Solutions Team Specialist role:

Could you be the voice of Trust, to our customers providing reassurance and solutions to their queries and requests by delivering outstanding customer experience across a range of services including rents and allocations. Are you able to deliver exceptional customer service whilst finding solutions by using your knowledge, operational expertise, and enthusiasm?

You will provide support to members of the Customer Experience Team and help the organisation deliver a service which provides the best outcomes for both customers and the business.

Skills and Experience required to become our Solutions Team Specialist:

You must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deliver a variety of administrative duties and demands, as well as being highly organised and able to work in a structured way. 

You should be a great listener who can develop strong relationships with our customers by ensuring we do what we say we will.
