We are proud to be supporting this well known client in finding an experienced European Sales Professional
The Company is a market leader in the supply of parts and components to the vending machine and Drinks dispensing industries. The position will involve quite extensive travel with more local European meetings on quite a regular basis.
The absolute ideal candidate will have French or another language. However, it is not essential. It will be the evidence of your success at selling and generating revenue in Europe and your excellent rapport building skills, ability to negotiate and to win new business that really counts! The main locations are: France, Germany, Belgium, Austria,Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Denmark. However, you will be covering the whole of Europe.
As the European Sales Executive, the role brings with it a basic of circa £45 to 50K , uncapped earnings of £15 to 20K a Car or Car allowance plus benefits.
The Role
You will be identifying and winning new export clients within the Company's core markets whilst managing and developing existing export business. Primarily focusing on National/Multinational operators and OEMs of drink dispense equipment.
The successful candidate will be a high-quality individual who is hungry to succeed and is a natural networker/business developer responsible for the growth and development of Company business within the designated Region. Day to day the Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the creation of new business and existing business demand.
Applicants must have experience in export sales into Europe, ideally selling to the drinks dispense industries (coffee, vending & water). However, again, this is not essential. Technical sales experience would also be beneficial.
Typrical Duties:
Regularly meeting with customers overseas. Time is split between appointment making and meeting clients - you will be cold calling clients, arranging meetings, attending them and putting the quotes together and winning the new account
To be the 1st point of contact for customers promoting the best solution and package to meet the customers' needs from the complete company product portfolio and putting together quotes and presentations to win new accounts
To meet and exceed the territory sales targets and business metric targets for activity;
Study the market to identify new business opportunities, market trends and competitor activity;
For this position you will need a proven track record selling throughout Europe and the drive, determination, excellent spoken and written English for tenders and presentations and also you will need to be able to work from the Swindon office a minimum of 2 days per week when you are not travelling so you will need to live a comfortable travelling distance of the Swindon HQ. You will also be computer literate with good MS office ability along with experience of using a CRM database.
