Job Description

Are you an experienced Clinical Lead or experienced Nurse looking to make that next step? Looking for a Deputy Manager for a Nursing Home near Chelmsford rated Good by the CQC. This is a full-time role that comes with an attractive salary of £23 per hour with paid breaks and amazing benefits.
As a Clinical Leadyou will support the Home Manager across all aspects of home management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, working weekends on a rota.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff
Supporting the Manager in the implementation of all policies, procedures, and business objectives
Preparing the staff duty rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times
Being responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans
Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is currently a clinical deputy care manager RGN or Clinical Lead. You will need the following: Excellent leadership skills and must be highly motivated
The ability to engage well with the residents of the home and their families
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with people with dementia.
