£19.50 - £29.25 PER HOUR
People Solutions are looking for a HGV Mechanic for our Client based in Coventry.

Pay Rates:
£19.50 per hour basic Monday to Friday.
£29.25 per hour overtime rate for Saturdays
Day to Day Duties
HGV Unit & Trailer defect repairs, inspections and general maintenance
Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections to DVSA Standards
Working on a fleet of Scania Models
Mainly working on Walking Floor & RORO Trailers
Breakdown cover & roadside repairs as needed
Driving a work van to and from different sites to carry out roadside repairs if required
Essential Skills
Valid UK Driving Licence as you will need drive the work vans if required
Level 3 /City & Guilds or NVQ Qualification
IRTEC trained Qualification
Must be flexible due to the need to cover call outs to their Widnes and Hull sites - work van provided
Good attention to detail & strong communication skills
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of Hydraulic systems advantageous.
Knowledge of Walking Floor Trailers advantageous.
UK Category CE Licence would be advantageous
