We're looking for Roofers with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence. You’ll be representing our brands in my clients customers’ homes; in many cases, the first face-to-face contact a customer has with my client - so expectations are high.

You’ll be just as happy talking to the customer and getting to know them as you are about doing the installation itself.

As part of our clients services team, they’ll ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top class service they are aiming for. You’ll be supported by an office team who will share the same performance goals, so my clients always working as one team to deliver the best possible experience for the customer. You’ll also have the backing of my clients massive tech power - so they are able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure they are always delivering the best service. This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Solar PV on domestic & commercial properties.
• Setting out and stringing the panels as per the design provided.
• Running and connecting the DC cables.
• Gathering photo evidence.
• Completing relevant forms through our app-based system.

Requirements

• Experience of working in construction industry or similar outdoor industries.
• Practical experience as a roofing labourer or Solar PV installations an advantage

• Full UK Driving License.

* Basic salary £30,000

* Bonus: £2,500 (discretionary)

* £25 PW Lunch Allowance
