Home based Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA

salary between £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a small, but well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the Cambridgeshire area. This is a home based role, offering you flexibility with your schedule.

They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to 6 - 10 foster families located in the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire area.

The role is mainly supervision of the foster families, so you will not have to complete Form F Assessments on top. They have a separate team of Independent Social Workers that are doing the Form F Assessments for them.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
