As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in operating machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting basic hourly rate of £11.45, with a shift premium rate that corresponds to your shift pattern.
A 3-shift pattern hourly rate, including Shift Premium, would be £14.89.
Continental 4 - Shift Pattern, averaging 42 hours per week.
32 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

Free Car Parking.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Set-up and operate manual and automatic machinery on a daily basis.
Record productivity, scrap, and quality data.
Carry out visual attributes and physical dimensions inspection of the product to maintain quality.
Perform machine maintenance and handle breakdowns.
Participate in quality and productivity improvement activities.
Undertake general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning machines and maintaining a clean working area.
Adhere to Health & Safety and Company policies.Qualifications and Skills:

IT literate.
Previous manufacturing experience, ideally in a shift work environment.
Minimum 4 GCSEs at Level C or above.
