We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team for a 1-year contract on a pharma construction project in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to the success of a leading pharmaceutical company.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes

- Perform electrical inspections and diagnose electrical malfunctions

- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution

- Install and maintain electrical fixtures, wiring, and controls

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times

- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician in a construction environment

- Valid electrician license/certification

- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and their components

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced project environment
