Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Service Technician to join our team in Wigan. As the Lead Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of ground and air source heating systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage projects, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of service technicians in performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for ground and air source heating systems.

* Conduct site visits to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.

* Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of projects.

* Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in heating system maintenance and repair.

Requirements:
