Housing Repairs Project - Potential Outside of IR35 in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

A client of mine in Oxfordshire is looking to appoint a Head of Housing Repairs for a 12-month contract. It is imperative for the right candidate to have past experience of bringing an Repairs Service back In-house.

Skills/Experience/Requirements

Track record of running a Housing Repairs service - especially bringing a service back in-house.
Lead and develop a team to deliver a high standard of repairs and void works in tenant's homes, ensuring service delivery is customer focused, consistently of the highest quality and cost effective.
Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors and residents.
Contract Length: End of Financial Year.
Rate: Negotiable DOE.
IR35 Status: Outside (Likely - but not 100% confirmed yet).
