Location: Staffordshire, UK

They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury Accountant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Salary: Up to £50k (inclusive of benefits)

Flexible working patterns

Staffordshire Based - Easily commutable from Penkridge, Stafford, Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock,Tamworth

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all bank functions and account management activities, including opening, closing, and system integration.
Administer cash pooling operations, including interest calculation and posting.
Analyse financial performance metrics, focusing on aspects such as debt, cash reserves, and working capital.
Provide and evaluate cash flow forecasts and actuals, with clear explanations for any variances.
Lead initiatives to optimise operational cash flows, including strategies related to working capital and capital expenditure.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate the implementation of projects.
Develop and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards within the Treasury team.
Ensure adherence to control, compliance, and accuracy standards.
Monitor and enhance service level agreements.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering positive and productive partnerships.Qualifications:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
Proven experience in treasury management
Strong understanding of financial analysis and cash flow management principles.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial systems and software applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building collaborative relationships.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
