Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Time Showroom Administrator to join our team. As a Showroom Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. From managing administrative tasks to providing support in our showroom t our customers, you will be an integral part of our organisation.

The role is working 9.30am to 2.30pm, covering 3 days each week and 5 hours each day on a rotation basis. 

Week 1 you will work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Week 2 you will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform general administrative tasks 
Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
