Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: £45k-£55k + bonus + car
Location: Home based – (Southern Territory)

The Company

Our client, is a successful operator in the industrial sector, providing specialist services to the waste, power and heavy industry sectors. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop our industrial services across the Midlands working clients such as AD Plants, Onshore Oil & Gas, Chemical, Processing or Manufacturing

The Role

* As BDM you will develop and generate sales in the industrial waste services sector.

* As our Business Development Manager you will develop and secure new business across the Midlands.

* As our Business Development professional you will develop and build strong relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.

* You will maintain knowledge and awareness of market trends, customer trends, and the competitive environment.

* As BDM you will have autonomy for planning and managing your client base, ensuring regular face to face customer visits.

* Working on behalf and representing a corporate organisation you will be providing a full industrial services environmental solution.

The Ideal Candidate

* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager across new business generation and account development.

* Ideally you will have experience from the industrial waste services sector or waste management or environmental services sector.

* Alternatively you may have sold into heavy industry, energy or industrial client sector, working with clients such as AD Plants, Onshore Oil & Gas, Chemical, Processing or Manufacturing.

* Working on behalf of a corporate organisation you will have exemplary presentation skills.

* This role requires a candidate who is decisive with strong negotiating and influencing skills.

* You will be an excellent relationship builder, with clients and internal colleagues.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent IT skills required.
