Execute hands-on inspection and diagnostics of units with precision.
Ensure prompt reporting of analysis data to the Head of Engineering.
Analyze warranty returns, claims, and costs to initiate corrective and preventative actions.
Become the primary technical support resource across internal departments.
Communicate fault and liability information, paving the way for robust corrective actions.
Contribute to action plans for enhancing build quality and slashing warranty claims.
Keep the warranty department in top-notch operational shape.
Masterfully maintain the calibration system.
Undertake special projects and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
Craft reports that effortlessly convey complex information. Your Skill Set:

Desired knowledge of fuel systems and engine applications.
Proficiency in hydraulic and electromechanical systems.
Ability to decipher data for insightful root cause analysis.
GCSE Level A-C, IVQ Technician certificate, BTec first certificate, or an equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification
