Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with an established Asbestos Consultancy who are looking for an Asbestos Surveyor to cover contracts across the South East of England. The successful candidate will hold the BOHS P402 qualification and will be able to independently carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites. This role would suit a candidate looking to work for a medium sized company with more of a family feel who is dedicated to providing high quality work to their clients and training their employees to the highest standard.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: High Wycombe, Oxford, Reading, Abingdon, Witney, Bicester, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, Windsor, Aylesbury, Luton, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Watford, St Albans, Hertford, Bishop's Stortford, Cheshunt, Bedford.

Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 (essential)
" Experience working on site for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Will demonstrate practical knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to confidently use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to demonstrate professional and efficient communication skills.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Sampling suspected ACMs and ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Producing comprehensive reports based on site findings.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Providing excellent consultancy advice to clients.
