Key Responsibilities:

* Meeting project deadlines and budgets

* Upholding strict quality standard of work

* Abiding by ISO 9001 and 19650 requirements

* Communicating effectively with clients, supply chains, stakeholders and colleagues

Further Responsibilities:

* Utilising the Autodesk software suite, including, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks and more.

* Producing models and information to a standard of BIM level 2 and beyond, coordinating multidisciplinary models and information from subcontractors, as well as managing technicians and checking drawings, to ISO 19650.

* Developing new workflows, using Rhino/Grasshopper to develop parametric 3D models.

* Opportunity to become a GVC certified drone pilot, to undertake ariel cloud point scanning.

* With opportunity to carry out LIDAR surveys and Scan2BIM processes.

* Broadening your understanding and developing your skills of Building Information Modelling (BIM).

* Client facing, attending design team meetings, and site visits.

* Working on projects across the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure and Rail sectors.

* With responsibilities across multiple projects and for the management of our ISO 9001 quality management system.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
