Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Legal 500 & Chambers ranked Firm?

Our client is seeking a 1 – 4-year PQE Solicitor or Associate with a strong technical background to join the Tier 2 Legal 500 and Band 1 Chambers ranked Commercial Property Team

The team frequently handle significant property transactions across the country. The firm's distinguished clientele and the complexity of their property dealings means they are often facing with national and multinational firms on the other side.
The Firm often advise a diverse range of clients, including corporations, owner-managed and family businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs employees spanning various sectors. Their services also cater to both local and national clients such as large corporations, ecclesiastical institutions, charities, councils, banks, and players in the hospitality industry.

Is this the position for you?

1 year PQE with a high level of Commercial Property knowledge across multiple sectors
Working as an extension of clients’ businesses to provide practical, commercial advice
Problem-solving ability and commercial insight
Taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising client relationships
Undertaking business development activities
Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff (DOE)
