Autocad Technician in Stanton - CV-Library

Our Client in Stanton is looking for an AutoCAD Technician to join their team. This is a full time position Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700hrs with an early finish on a Friday.

The role of AutoCAD Technician is to prepare accurate CAD drawings for our manufacturing processes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development into design and sales for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:

* Create detailed CAD drawings for manufacturing purposes.

* Collaborate with the design team to understand and meet project requirements.

* Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

* Ensure all CAD drawings are compliant with industry and health and safety standards.

* Maintain and organize the CAD database and drawing files for easy access and retrieval.

* Communicate with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

* Attend team meetings to provide input on drawings and designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

* Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
