Regional Health and Safety Manager in Birmingham - CV-Library

Principal People are supporting an international pharmaceutical company who are looking for a new member to join the growing safety department.

The role will be a very operational safety position and will involve the safety management for a newly created facility alongside two other locations where you will have the opportunity to develop a positive safety culture.

The business are incredibly supportive towards Health and Safety and you will be a key part of an established safety team who work very closely with one another. There is a great deal of flexibility within the role and you will have full autonomy with your diary.

Regional Health and Safety Manager – £48k + Car Allowance – Logistics – Birmingham (Hybrid)

The key duties include:

Offering appropriate advice and support to the site teams within Health and Safety matters
Implementing practical and effective methods to promote awareness to Health and Safety
To carry out operational Health and Safety duties such as risk assessments, method statements and accident investigations on the sites
Travelling across 3 locations in the West Midlands to help develop a safety culture
Creating positive relationships with the sites to help improve the HSE Culture across the region
Working closely with underperforming sites and forming strategies to help them improve Why you should apply for the role?:

A NEBOSH General Certificate
