Our client, a successful full service law firm in Bedford has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The caseload is varied - dealing with sale and purchase of commercial properties, leasing commercial property, tenant and landlord disputes, asset management, finance and investment.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years PQE
Experience of handling own caseload
Excellent customer care and business development skills
Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
