Job Description

Currie & Brown is currently looking for a part-time (17.5 hours per week over 5 days) team administrator for our Norwich office who meets the following requirements:

* Excellent written and communication skills

* Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute

* A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible

* Ability to work under pressure in an environment which can sometimes be extremely busy

The successful candidate will work with employees at all levels to ensure administrative duties are carried out. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that the office is presentable, clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

* Business Support to the London & Southeast region via a shared inbox

* Diary organisation, arranging meetings and knowing the whereabouts of local office staff

* Carrying out general secretarial duties to the local office

* Ordering PPE and stationery supplies and provisions for the office

* Dealing directly with clients and consultants by taking messages, transferring calls and ensuring that they receive a swift response

* Assisting with and co-ordinating service delivery outputs, including downloading information onto the company system & assistance with preparation and issue of reports/minutes and other key deliverables

* Working with the Local Lead Director and company HSEQ Team to carry out regular inspections and updates to Fire Risk Assessments and Workplace Risk Assessments.

* Working with the HSEQ Team to carry out audits in compliance with Quality Assurance Requirements

* Regular communication/liaising with the Landlord over issues relating to the office occupational requirements/issues

* Arranging travel and accommodation for staff

* Raising invoices and issuing of same to clients

* Preparing purchase orders and processing invoices

* Organising team events, such as social events or charity days

* Carrying out various other administrative duties within the project environment
