Key Requirements:
OFSTED Experience: Showcase a comprehensive understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance standards within the Childrens Residential sector.
Local Authority Contacts: Possess well-established relationships and connections with local authorities, schools, and community organizations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective strategies for business development to drive growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our range of childrens services.
Utilize your OFSTED expertise to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with local authorities, fostering partnerships for referrals.

Qualifications:
