This is a first-class facility providing accommodation for men facing complex mental health issues, requiring long-term support and treatment within a controlled environment. Our 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to delivering exceptional care through a 'Recovery Model' approach.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, we can offer you:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Have a current NMC registration
Have the right to work in the UK
Have 6 months UK based experience
Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
Possess excellent communication skills and a good standard of English
Details of the service
Men aged 18 to 65
Detained under the Mental Health Act
Primary diagnosis of mental illness or personality disorder
May have a secondary diagnosis of substance misuse, acquired brain injury, or Learning Disability
May have a forensic history
Key Responsibilities for the Mental Health Nurse :
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and occupational therapy
Contribute to the implementation of the 'Recovery Model' approach
Participate in full risk assessments and ongoing care planning
