Chalk Education is currently recruiting for qualified English Teachers for secondary schools in North Wales. We are looking for enthusiastic teachers to teach a variety of subjects to students in Key stage 3 and 4 - experience in teaching up to GCSE would be an advantage. We are growing our bank of teachers wanting to work across different schools on a supply basis - could this be you?
As a qualified teacher, you will be required to support students with a range of learning needs, with the ability to differentiate lessons. Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
This role is to start asap. Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am-15:30pm. Pay min of £155 per day and is dependent upon experience and the needs of the school.
To be considered for this role you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status
UK teaching experience in KS3 and KS4
Experience of supporting students with a range of learning needs
A flexible and adaptable approach to work and deal with unpredictable challenges
A creative approach to organising activities and engaging groups of children
Additional requirements:
References confirming suitability for role
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willing to apply
EWC registration or willing to apply
Eligibility to work in the UK
