We are currently seeking a Naval Architect / CAD Designer to join the team. This is a permanent position based in our modern offices. As a Naval Architect / CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in the marine industry, working on a variety of projects including general arrangement and detail fit out design, weight estimating, stability, and general engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify detailed drawings using CAD software
Assist in the preparation of design plans, layouts, and schematics
Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to understand project requirements
Conduct research and gather relevant information to support design decisions
Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Participate in project meetings and provide input as needed
Job Requirements
Honours degree in Naval Architecture
Minimum one year post-graduate work experience
Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino 3D
Experience in Superyacht and power craft design
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
